Always take care to ensure that you give the correct email address in your order. If the email address you provide is incorrect, you will not receive an order confirmation and thus cannot receive a digital pattern.

Order confirmation

Upon order completion you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you have given. If you do not receive this order confirmation, please contact us at


All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK). All amounts in the shop include 25% Danish VAT.

Knitamore accepts online payments with Visa and Mastercard. When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved on your account in accordance with the terms of your card, until we withdraw or reject the payment.

Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is sent from Knitamore or digitally, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.


Knitamore uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means that your data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders.

Knitamore’s own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.


Patterns will be sent as PDF-files to your mail. Always take care to ensure that you give the correct email address in your order.

The delivery time for your order is 1-2 working days with GLS and up to 5 working days with PostNord.

Delivery area: Knitamore currently delivers only to Denmark.

Knitamore ships items with the following:

GLS – Business, GLS – Private, GLS – Parcel shop, PostNord – Private, PostNord – Business, PostNord – Optional delivery location.

The freight is calculated based on weight. You will be able to choose between having the package sent “without delivery” or “with delivery”. You will always receive a track and trace number so that you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

Right of cancellation

There is a 14-day full right of withdrawal on physical goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. Please note that no right of withdrawal is granted for digital products. The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

You bear any return costs yourself.

If you regret your purchase, you must notify Knitamore no later than 14 days after delivery and ensure that the purchase is in our hands no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your use of the right of cancellation.

Requests to use the right of withdrawal must be sent by email Please complete a standard cancellation form and send it with the package.


You can return your goods for up to 14 days from the day you receive the goods. The item must be returned in substantially the same condition as when you received it. This means that the right of cancellation is canceled in the event of damage or loss for which you are at fault.

Knitamore does not refund costs for returns. The goods must be returned directly to this address:

We do not accept returns sent to another collection address. Remember to attach a copy of the order confirmation or delivery note. If payment was made by credit card, the money will be returned to this credit card. The money will be transferred as soon as Knitamore receives the goods.

Right of complaint

If you discover errors or omissions during delivery, you must contact Knitamore within 14 days:

You have a two-year right to claim on your physical goods for manufacturing defects and defects – not for wear and tear. Remember to save the delivery note you receive with the goods, as it also serves as a receipt.

The complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

Knitamore covers the return costs in connection with complaints to a reasonable extent.

Complaints will not be accepted if these have been sent cash on delivery.

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, they are only registered in our customer directory. You can have your information deleted at any time.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with Knitamore, we need the following information:

  • E-mail address

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with Knitamore and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

The owner and employees of Knitamore have access to the information registered about you.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.

As registered with Knitamore, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be addressed to

Appeal options

In the event of a complaint, our e-mail address must be stated: as well as the website where you purchased the item.
