The Obscura Sweater is worked in a two-colour mosaic pattern featuring a graphic zigzag motif. The sweater is worked from the top down with a raglan construction. The first section of the yoke is worked back and forth while the neckline is shaped. The remainder of the yoke, the body and the sleeves are then worked in the round.

The sleeves are wide and worked straight down before finishing with a deep ribbed cuff over a slightly reduced number of stitches. Finally, the neckband is worked and finished with a rolled edge. The Obscura Sweater is worked seamlessly.

Size guide: The Obscura Sweater is designed to be worn with approx. 10-20 cm / 4-8 in of positive ease, depending on how oversized you would like the sweater to be. Sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) and 3XL are designed to fit a bust circumference of approx. 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) 120-130 cm / 31½-33½ (33½-35½) 35½-37½ (37½-39¼) 39¼-43¼ (43¼-47¼) 47¼-51¼ in. Measure yourself and consider which size will fit you best before beginning your sweater.

Gauge: 24 sts × 42 rows in mosaic pattern on 4.5 mm (US 7) needles = 10 × 10 cm / 4 × 4 in after washing.
